Carlson Glass has been an iconic business in downtown Wheaton for over 100 years! The have multiple vehicles in their fleet and the van you see in the photo above is the newest one in their fleet. They wanted the custom graphics on the van to advertise some of the services that some potential clients may not be aware of.
After searching high and low for a shower door that could be incorporated into an overall pleasing design for the van graphics, the decision was made. There is a lot more to designing a custom van graphic wrap than you may think. The design must be striking, at first glance, with clear, concise information to let the viewer know what it is you are selling. After the design was decided upon, we began the process of printing and laminating the vinyl. We use a 3M rapid air product that is especially made for wrapping vehicles. The rapid air technology allows the installers to re-position the vinyl if needed. It can be a tedious job to wrap the vinyl around all the complex curves on the vehicle, so using the proper material is key.
