The Sign Authority, Inc. located in Wheaton IL, recently printed and installed these temporary window clings for The Downtown Wheaton Association. The DWA is a non profit organization that provides information and resources to the public for events, services, shopping, dining and attractions in the Downtown Wheaton area.
The temporary window clings have been placed around the Downtown Wheaton district to provide information to the local community about the major construction project that is going on. Many people in Wheaton and surrounding communities visit the downtown area to shop and dine, but are confused as to what is happening in the streets. The project that is in it’s second phase, is in the process of updating Martin Plaza. Martin Plaza will be moved to the north side of Front Street and will have many new features including landscaping, overhead flowers, strings of lights and a new water feature.
Many businesses are affected by the construction because of the inconvenience it causes. The temporary window clings, provided by the Downtown Wheaton association will help passersby, understand what is happening and hopefully encourage them to continue to shop and dine in the “construction zone”
The window clings are printed on a low tac vinyl that will withstand the harsh elements for many months. The great thing about the technology of this material is that it will stay put on the windows, but when you are ready to remove them, they come off easily.
