The Sign Authority, Inc, recently installed new wayfinding wall graphics for the Wheaton Public Library in Wheaton, IL. The library just finished moving the books to new locations to better serve the community. The restructuring of the library was a daunting task taken on by the library director Betsy Adamowski. Her vision to reorganize the library so it was easier to find what you need and also to create an environment for gathering and learning. After meeting with her and walking through the library we decided on inexpensive easy to read lettering on the walls and soffits.
The Wheaton Public Library hosts a variety of services including business services and a soon to open Business Resource Center. The library plans to partner with The Wheaton Chamber of Commerce to provide the local community with as self-help center for businesses to have access to information and support. The library will coordinate with various groups like The Chamber of Commerce Women in Business, SCORE, Chamber Staff and Board Members.
