Check out these great chalkboard menus! The Sign Authority recently created a variety of signage for Cafe’ on the Park in Wheaton, IL. The cafe’ is located in the Wheaton Public Library. I Have a Bean coffee is featured in this full service cafe’. Local residents can enjoy a variety of sandwiches and drinks. The Sign Authority helped them with some creative solutions for their signage. In the above photo you see the chalkboard vinyl placed on the windows above the counter in the back. The challenge for the client was were to place the menus in the cafe’ because of the wall of windows. The chalkboard vinyl was the perfect solution!

We did a variety of other signs for Cafe’ on the Park. This sidewalk sign is another example of how a business can directly potential customers to your location. This sign is placed on the sidewalk near the park just in case passersby don’t realize there is a local coffee vendor inside the library. The face of the sign was laminated with a dry erase vinyl so that the customer can write any specials offered. The thick base ensures that the sign will not blow over. This “Wind Sign” has rolling wheels on the base so that it can be easily moved in and out during hours of operation.
In addition to the sidewalk signs and the chalkboard vinyl, we also install window vinyl on the outside windows of the cafe’. This photo shows the reverse side of the window where the chalkboard vinyl was placed on the inside. The white logos printed on black, create a great deal of contrast so that the signs are easily seen from the park.
