A few months ago, we were asked by KF Walters Homes to produce a large, durable construction site sign. Work was continuing on a separate housing community called Arcadia and they were looking for a similar sign. When working on a site with a potential accidents, appropriate signage is a must. KF Walters chose a large, four by eight foot, MDO sign for their construction site, a perfect choice. It’s durable and can stand up to the hazards of the everyday construction site, but also an inexpensive option. Building on the durability of the MDO, the material was primed and treated with a Clear Shield Laminate. This will ensure the sign will not be harmed dents, scraps, water damage, or graffiti. To guarantee the sign stays exactly where it is, we provided two U-Channel Posts. The heavy-duty posts will keep the sign anchor to ground even in the most substantial wind. To make sure they didn’t clash with the sign, they were colored green, a service we offer with most of our signs.
