They contacted us at the Sign Authority looking for a particular style they saw in a catalog. We obtained a sample for them and after a brief consultation with our sales associate they determined that particular type of ADA sign would not work on that floor due to the nature of the patients. The sales associate brought back several other samples, and one was chosen. We then had a prototype made for them to have a "live" sample.
