The Sign Authority will “stake” a out a welcome sign to encourage Wheaton residents to participate in the Wheaton Chamber of Commerce’s “Thanks Tons Festival” at the Illinois Institute of Technology, 201 E. Loop Road. The event, which takes place from 12:30 to 3:30 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 27, will have Chamber members bringing collected food donations to “Stuff-A-Truck” or rather to stuff many Wheaton Park District trucks.
