With quantities greater than twenty the manufacturing process involves printing directly to coroplast using a flatbed printer. This applies to runs of the same design.  The cost to setup a flatbed necessitates larger runs of the same design, but the per unit price for large quantities will be significantly less than printing to vinyl then applying, especially double sided print.
