Recently, Diamond Visual Communications was called upon to install the vehicle wrap for Fibrenew Northeast Ohio. We were contacted because of our expertise with vehicle wraps. Fellow Signworld location Sunrise Signs of West Deptford, New Jersey produced the wrap in their facility using Avery 1105 EZ RS cast vinyl. Sunrise prints then sends each Fibrenew wrap to the franchise who is responsible for finding an installer.

The picture to the left shows our customer's pickup truck prior to the wrap being installed. A winter storm dropped several inches of snow in Cleveland. A large indoor area allows Diamond Visual Communications to provide vehicle wrapping all year.
Fibrenew is a national franchise that repairs leather, plastic and vinyl. The local
Fibrenew franchise services the northeastern suburbs of Cleveland, Ohio. Fibrenew visited the Diamond Visual Communications grand opening and soon after arranged the installation. The staff of Diamond Visual Communications has 18 years experience with sign production and installation, including vehicle wraps.

Factory installed decals had to removed.[/caption]
Diamond Visual Communications received panels of the wrap with notation where to install each. Some of the tools used to perform the install included squeegees, heat gun, tape and even fishing line which is used to remove labels. The decal shown in the picture above had to be removed during the vehicle clean. Otherwise the decal could be evident after installation. Our install process is highly detailed. The vehicle wrap took nearly 2 full days to apply. The front panels had to be carefully lined up to make a continuous design and have the text match up correctly.
In the above picture, Diamond Visual Communications had to remove the F150 emblem. We also added cut vinyl to the back window plus on top of the partial car wrap. The rear windows’ black tint provides a great background for the white text. The words and phone number are easily seen as shown below.

This partial car wrap is an excellent example how Diamond Visual Communications turns a vehicle into a mobile billboard. The size, colors and fonts will get information visible to hundreds of people each day. The cost per impression with a vehicle wrap is extremely economical.
