We are pleased to offer regular maintenance visits that include cleaning, replacement of any worn parts, and a general inspection of the printer. For a busy office, stopping potential problems and keeping printers in tip-top shape is essential. This is typically done every 3-6 months.
Service agreements are another one of our ways to ensure your ongoing satisfaction. For a flat yearly rate we are able to tailor a specific program of preventative printer care, based on your needs. A typical service agreement includes parts, labor, and a guarantee on response time.
