Either Andrew Halperin, the owner of the company, or Sadie Sloan, our customer service representative, will be available to assist you. We feel that speaking immediately with a person who will address your concerns and offer the service that you need based on your situation is key to quality customer service. While we are always happy to help when things go wrong, Laser Printer Resources takes our commitment to client satisfaction one step further and offers preventative care for your machines to avoid any service interruptions. We are pleased to offer regular maintenance visits that include cleaning, replacement of any worn parts, and a general inspection of the printer. For a busy office, stopping potential problems and keeping printers in tip-top shape is essential. This is typically done every 3-6 months.
Service agreements are another one of our ways to ensure your ongoing satisfaction. For a flat yearly rate we are able to tailor a specific program of preventative printer care, based on your needs. A typical service agreement includes parts, labor, and a guarantee on response time.
In addition to repair and maintenance service, Laser Printer Resource also supplies both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) toner cartridges and compatible (recycled) toner cartridges which you are welcome to order at any time or simultaneously with a service request. We are happy to explain the differences in the two forms for toner, and set you up with the product that best fits your individual needs.
