We are pleased to offer regular maintenance visits that include cleaning, replacement of any worn parts, and a general inspection of the printer. For a busy office, stopping potential problems and keeping printers in tip-top shape is essential. This is typically done every 3-6 months. Service agreements are another one of our ways to ensure your ongoing satisfaction. For a flat yearly rate we are able to tailor a specific program of preventative printer care, based on your needs. A typical service agreement includes parts, labor, and a guarantee on response time. In addition to repair and maintenance service, Laser Printer Resource also supplies both Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) toner cartridges and compatible (recycled) toner cartridges which you are welcome to order at any time or simultaneously with a service request.
