Project: Window Film
Customer: Residential Home
Location: Largo, FL.
The family living in this beautiful home was spending more time in the pool than in their house! Their over-sized windows were giant targets for sun, heat, and harmful Ultra-Violet radiation, causing such discomfort that their family room overlooking the pool area felt like a sauna! The intense heat discomfort was their biggest complaint. They were also concerned about electric bills that were getting outrageously high, and potential fading from the UV rays on their newly installed wooden floors. Lastly, Mom and Dad were a bit uneasy with the lack of privacy they had indoors when their children had friends over for pool parties.
Guess what!
Our Largo family was experiencing the very same problems that most Floridians do without solar-reducing film on their windows. Our experience with resolving these issues made this a "no-brainer"! We recommended a window film from our Vista portfolio that would act as protective shields on their expansive windows and preserve views to the outside while adding the privacy they desired.
Vista offers a protective micro-thin layer of film designed to beautify windows while reducing intense heat, glare and UR rays. Soon after we put up a sample of Vista's Dual Reflective film, it was agreed that Vista would be the perfect solution!
* Solar heat gain reduced by up to 75% * Less run-time for the a/c system resulted in lower energy costs * Optical clarity preserved the natural light * 99.9% UV protection preserved the floors and furnishings * Reflective exterior provided privacy for family members inside
