This time of year is full of celebration with the high school graduations taking place. At Monarch Sign and Graphics, we receive a request for custom coroplast signs for an upcoming party being thrown for a 2015 graduate. The client provided sketches of the design she had, and it was our job to conceptualize her ideas into a sign reality!
Using Adobe Illustrator, our graphic designer created four different custom images for the signs. These signs would be navigating guests to the party’s location, announcing the graduate’s intended college choice, and congratulating the graduate on her accomplishment. Our clients desired a particular color, and since it was not available in cut vinyl, we created the correct color and printed the signs using our HP Latex 360 Printer. The printed signs were applied to 4mm coroplast, then hand cut to the shape desired by our clients. In an email from Anne Marie, she raved about how fabulous the signs were!
In the image above you will notice the elegant color choice, and the contrast between the white lettering and dark background. These signs were a great addition to the celebration for both guest navigation use, and for broadcasting the party’s intent. In the images below, you will see the remaining signs we worked on for Anne Marie. The material used for these signs will insure longevity in heat and rain, and will be legible by passing traffic.
