A new location for CraftHouse Grill has opened where Kilburn’s Tavern previously lived at 12910 Malcomson Road in Houston, TX. With options in custom made burgers and craft local beer, the location is sure to be a neighborhood regular spot with a laid-back ambiance.
When the restaurant acquired the new location, they reached out to Monarch Signs & Graphics to start on their new illuminated building sign. Before starting on the new design, our installers got rid of the Kilburn’s Tavern sign, then went into a site survey. During this process, our team took necessary measurements to later scale the building to get the most accurate sign dimensions.
Typically, at this stage, the owners of the building will put a fresh coat of paint. This is to even everything out so there is no trace of the last sign. By doing this, owners get a fresh new look for every detail of their building’s face.
