After Old Republic Title made a move to a new location in Tomball, TX, a quickly growing town, they came to Monarch with a large project, including ADA signage.

When the company had a need for signs that were compliant with the regulations under the Americans with Disabilities Act, the professional team at Monarch Sign & Graphics knew just where to start.
ADA signage has strict enforcement under the act, which leads signage that does not comply causing steep fines. These signs being improperly manufactured or designed is essentially the same as not having one of the signs at all, which is a fineable offense.
