We were contacted by Offshore CNC to fabricate and install custom safety caution signs for them. The caution signs that we made were be installed at their facility as a safety precaution, as well as to meet code regulations. You can see the examples of the signs in the picture in this article. To create the caution signs for Offshore CNC, we first collaborated with the owner of the company to determine exactly what his needs were for this project. We laid out the designs and submitted them for approval, and once the designs were approved, we started fabrication.
To fabricate the signs, we start with an aluminum substrate cut to the customer’s specifications, We then cut the custom graphics and images using calendared vinyl and applied them to the aluminum substrate for a perfect finish. Often we cover the front of these signs with a laminate to increase protection against harsh weather conditions.

Plus, sometimes you want a sign with a little more customization, that still meets code regulations, but perhaps has extra pop, and matches your company’s colors.
