Several weeks ago, we received an email from Emily and Dave Maple (Maple Enterprises) local SmoothieKing Franchisees.   They were interested in getting new channel letters for their store and were referred to Signature Signs & Graphics by another SmoothieKing franchisee that has done business with us for years. Emily and Dave needed a new sign for a couple of reasons.  First, their store has been open for 18 years and the current neon illuminated channel letters are original and looked tired.  Second, SmoothieKing updated their logo and colors and is encouraging franchisees to update their stores.  So we went out to their store, snapped a few pictures, took some measurements and began the process. Since we have worked with other SmoothieKing franchisees, we had all the corporate standards detailing what was required.  The design team at Signature Signs & Graphics prepared a mockup of what the new signage would look like so Emily and Dave could visualize it on their storefront.  Once they approved we sent the build specification and layouts to SmoothieKing corporate for review.  With corporate signoff, we began the process of acquiring the necessary approvals and permits for the new sign.  This included getting the approval of the landlord as well as permits from the city and county. With permits in hand, fabrication of the new sign began.  Signature Signs & Graphics uses only the highest quality materials, LEDs and power supplies in our signs.  We feel the best way to build a strong business relationship is to provide our customers with quality signs and treat them fairly. With fabrication complete, the old sign was taken down and the new sign was installed.   Emily and Dave's new sign is not only fresh looking, but will be brighter and more energy efficient as it is lit with LEDs.
