Project: Window Film Application
Customer: Resident at Old Natchez Country Club
Location: Franklin, TN
A resident of the Old Natchez Country Club got in touch with us to see what we could do to deal with several issues that she was experiencing. The home’s occupants were experiencing severe solar heat on the front of the house due to its Southern exposure.
The resident was concerned that window film would give the home a shiny or reflective look, similar to traditional metal films. They did not want a film that would discolor, with the possibility of turning purple, as traditional non-reflective films that contain dyes or pigments tend to do. We do not use those types of window films, but many of our competitors do.
After a short discussion with us, the resident chose Huper Optiks Ceramic 40 because of its proven performance. She loved how it added to the appearance from the outside of her home and how it gives the home a natural look without reducing the value of the home by making it look different.
At the end of the installation, the resident was so happy with the results that she had us do a similar job on her daughter’s new Condo. We applied Ceramic 30 to the windows of her condo because they had a Western exposure.
