Exit Realty – 1st Choice was experiencing several serious issues with extreme heat and glare through the windows in the front of their store. After Installing Huper Optik on their home and being happy with the results, they contacted us to find out how we could help them to control the issues and make the interior environment more bearable on their offices.
The one thing that the Owners of Exit Realty – 1st Choice did not want was a reflective appearance like the older technology Metal films provide. Nor did they want a product that would be prone to fading and color change, making them look an odd purple color like the dyed or pigmented films the competitors are offering. We assured Exit Realty – 1st Choice that our Patented Ceramic films are 100% dye/pigment free and 100% metal free. It cannot fade, discolor, corrode, demetalize, oxidize or turn Purple.
We concluded that the Huper Optik Ceramic Film technology that we had previously installed on their home was also the best choice at their office, but use the next level protection. The patented Ceramic 30 which will give them 63% Solar Rejection and 62% Glare Reduction. It is a more stable and reliable product than others available on the market.
