Coming soon to Allen, Texas is an authentic Mexican restaurant! While building a menu inspired by meals his grandmother taught him while growing up in Mexico, Chef Issac of this new taco bar did not have the time to worry about his outdoor sign. He was given the contact information of Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions by his contractor. He reached out to us to see if we could help him design and create a channel letter sign for above his front door.
Mexican Cactus Taco Bar will bring authentic Mexican food to the suburbs of DFW. They will be offering many meals, including authentic street tacos and amazing margaritas made with 100% agave azul tequila. We are looking forward to many, many wonderful meals when they open.
Our installation team is securing the day-night vinyl channel letter sign to the exterior of the building
Channel letters are those signs that have each individual letter that can be lit from inside their box and are joined by a long tube in the back called a raceway. The letters of these signs are 3 dimensional and each one is custom made typically out of metal or plastic. The raceway is where all the wires and electrical components are housed, and this tube is what is attached to the building wall. This means less holes to be drilled into the exterior wall, and happier installers and landlords. Mexican Cactus wanted to have their sign in black letters; with a light stone exterior, this would create a great color contrast. However, the challenge then becomes, what happens at night? How do you illuminate black letters? Well Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions has the solution: Day-Night Vinyl! This incredible vinyl comes in an assortment of colors but will shine through as white light during the night. There are also other colors of light you can select. We had this amazing channel letter sign made measuring in at 144” long by 32” tall including the circle logo at the end of the sign. Getting the permit for this sign was a breeze and on a windy day, our installation went off without a hitch. Our install team was able to get their truck in and out of the complex easily and now Mexican Cactus Taco Bar has a channel letter sign that will attract customers during both the day and night. Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions is currently working on the tenant sign that will be installed into the monument sign for the complex.
