Opening their newest location in Plano, TX, Taste Buds Kitchen contacted Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions to have their window graphics created and installed. As this was their second location for the franchise owner, they knew what they wanted and asked us to duplicate the existing window graphics from their Southlake location.
Taste Buds Kitchen is on a mission to be the best culinary entertainment experience for kids, families and adults by inspiring budding chefs. Their nut-free kitchens convert to kid size during the day, so kids can feel like the kitchen is made just for them. Then during the evening, the fun BYOB adult classes, all chairs and tables are adjusted to fit the grown ups. Our family has already participated in 3 classes at this location and look forward to doing it again.
Installed window graphics for the Plano, TX location
They were able to send us a mock up for the window graphics they were looking to have installed. Along with this information, they gave us the color codes used at their previous location and were a confirmed match to their franchise standards. We made an appointment to conduct our free onsite survey and printed off samples to the colors for review and approval. Once we arrived we went to stand in the parking lot to really see how their window graphics would work to fit their visual communication goals. One item they wanted was to have their address installed on the lower side of the window. We explained this would be an ineffective use of their money. There were plants blocking the view of the graphic and cars would be parked in front of the vinyl window graphic as well. In addition, if someone was in the parking lot reading the graphic, they would already know the address. At Visual Dynamics Sign and Image Solutions we take pride in truly understanding what the customer’s visual communication goals are. We will ask questions like, “What are you trying to do or say?” We know your money is important and we want to know that you are making the best choices to maximize your marketing budget. As the consultation went on, we made a few other adjustments that suited their new location. The mock up was modified and approved. We got back to our shop and began printing the approved window graphics. A coupe of days later, we returned to the site to give the windows a deep clean before we installed the window graphics. The window cleaning process takes several steps to complete but failing to complete any of the steps would result in the window graphics lifting or falling off completely. The window graphics were installed quickly, and they were happy with the results.
