Pediatric cancer is the leading cause of death by disease in children; it kills about 100,000 children worldwide each year.  Founded after the passing of 7-year-old Jonny Wade, the Kids Should Have Cancer Foundation is dedicated to beating pediatric cancer through research and political action with an emphasis on responsible spending. For this event they needed 3 step and repeat banners.  One was sponsored by Neiman Marcus and the other two would be duplicates of each other.  The Neiman Marcus step and repeat featured the Neiman Marcus logo alongside the Kids Shouldn’t Have Cancer butterfly logo.  This backdrop was placed at a pop-up makeup station where guests could get complimentary make overs. [caption id="attachment_2043" align="aligncenter" width="300"] Step and Repeat Banner for Kids Shouldn't Have Cancer[/caption] One of the other step and repeat backdrop banner was placed at the front entrance.  As each guest arrived at the gala, a photographer was there to take their photograph.  It really gave everyone the sense of being a celebrity.  The duplicate step and repeat banner was placed in an area where paintings were available for sale, a pop-art gallery.  This step and repeat banner was were many people were taking selfies and posting their evening photos to social media.  What a great advertising and promotion for the Kids Should Have Cancer Foundation.  The greatest part of these non-sponsored step and repeat banners, aside from their easy set up and take down, along with their carrying case, was that these backdrops can be used over and over again for years and events to come!
