PVC Building Sign Fabrication for Doctors One
We discussed the signage design with the client and put together specs. Our technicians at the shop began the fabrication process by cutting the letters from one-inch-thick PVC. They followed the specified font and size requirements. With the pieces cut, we could paint them in the client’s custom color.
However, when you look closely, you will notice that a gradient color change is part of the brand presentation. Therefore, we treated the “1” and smaller “DOC” letters with printed vinyl overlays. It is virtually impossible to distinguish it from the paint, even though the gradient display would be far too time-consuming to produce in this way.

There is more to putting up a new building sign than meets the eye. However, when working with our one-stop shop, the client does not have to do any heavy lifting.
Design. Unless you already have specs on file, we can design the sign from the ground up. Doing so involves a site survey, the determination of traffic speed in front of your location, and deciding the best installation site. From there, we incorporate brand details on style elements that are the right size for your facade.
Permitting. Whenever you add a sign to your facade, it needs to go through a permitting process. Code enforcement officials want to see the measurements, a rendition of the proposed product, and details about installation and safety. Our front office files the package and ensures that all forms are filled out correctly.
Fabrication. Having technicians on staff and late-model sign-making equipment in the shop lets us fabricate the products in-house. It gives us total control over the quality of the finished sign, which is a huge plus. Also, it takes out the need for a third party that could slow down processes.
Printing. We print signage that features bold colors, gradient color changes, or even shows white color! There are not that many sign shops that can do all three.
Installation. Our team also handles the sign installation. We have purchased several vehicles to let us reach high where standard ladders will not go. It eliminates the need for rental equipment, which could otherwise slow down the project’s completion.
