It can often times be overwhelming for a customer when there are multiple jobs that need to be done and/or issues that need to be solved, primarily due to the fact that no one enjoys having to call multiple different companies to complete multiple different services. However, Solar Reflections Services presents itself as more than a one-trick-pony, and we will explore just one example of that in this Job Review for Shoup Contracting. The business owners of Shoup Contracting approached our team at SRS with two main issues: They had no privacy and a blinding amount of glare entering their lobby due to sun exposure, as well as no storefront advertising for their business. Instead of having to find a company who can tint the windows, then find another company to not only produce but install new signage, the team at Solar Reflections Services was able to not only satisfy all of the needs for Shoup Contracting, but install their new products in one day!
After quoting the job and an acceptance for the scope of work is received, production then begins at SRS, where two large-scale vinyl printers are on standby to produce anything a customer may need that is vinyl related. From car wraps and wall murals to stickers and business signage, if you can dream it, we can probably print it; and if you can’t, our graphic designer can do that for you too! As stated before, SRS is more than just a one service business, and just as a new logo was being produced for Shoup Contracting, the requested window film was being ordered, pre-cut, and prepared for installation all in the same building. Once all products have been produced and all film has been pre-cut for install, it is then handed over to the commercial and residential installation crew for transport and installation. This is the last step in an easy and quick process that leads to happy customers and better curb appeal for homes and businesses alike.

An inside look at the visual difference between a door window with installed film (Silver 18) compared to two windows with no film installed.
Once in Tuscaloosa and on the jobsite with all the requested products, our installation team was able to install the window film as well as the new business signage on the same day. Every job is different, and for this installation, the business owners wanted a film that mainly focused on cutting down the glare and sunlight coming through their windows, which is why they opted for the reflective Silver 18 film line. Not only did it reduce excessive glare from the parking lot, but its mirror-like finish also made their new door signage stand out even more versus installing it on a non-tinted piece of glass. The business owners at Shoup Contracting were very pleased with the finished result, and they do speak for themselves. Check out the photos included in this article of some before/during/after shots taken on the jobsite. Throw away that call list and let Solar Reflections Services tackle all of your needs under one roof; You can tint with the best, or fade with the rest!
