Vehicle Wraps & Graphics for OddJob.ca in Toronto

As I had noted in a previous blog vehicle wraps can be very effective as mobile billboards.  Vehicle advertising in populous, heavy traffic areas generates between 50,000-70,000 daily impressions.  And this type of mobile advertising can generate 2.5 times more attention than a static billboard and also has a very high recall rate at 97%.  Recently we wrapped company vehicles for OddJob.ca - a handyman and home repair service based in Toronto, Ontario.  Prior to engaging us the team at oddjob.ca had put in quite a lot of planning into the design of the wrap.  They already had picked their colours, had the design of the wrap completed and had even inserted the design into the wrap digital template of their truck model.  This was a level of preparedness that we were certainly not used to. [caption id="attachment_3016" align="alignright" width="300"] OddJob.ca truck wrap[/caption] When we received the design template we were blown away with the colour and the design the team came up with.  The green colour was striking and attention-grabbing.  The white lettering contrasted nicely with the green background and certainly and had high noticeably.   For folks who were not practiced in a wrap design, they came up with an amazing design.  However, we did see that a few improvements could be made - primarily with the background detail of the hammers and the other tools.  They were quite small in the original design and presented a lot of detail that could make the design look busy and distract from the main purpose of the wrap which was to advertise the company brand and contact information.  Also, our installer nearly fell off his chair when he saw all the fine detail he would need to match up. The team was receptive to increasing the size of the tools and as a final detail also added their social media icons.  Also, they decided to wrap the roof of the vehicle as they do a lot of work in condos and wanted to take advantage of condo dwellers viewing the vehicle from above.  Oddjob.ca was thrilled with the final result and is reaping the rewards of additional attention they are receiving in around Toronto's roads and parking lots.  Here at Insight Signs & Graphics vehicle wraps are our specialty.  We include 10 hours of graphic design time with every wrap to ensure we get your design right and you are happy with the result.
