We receiving communication from nearly every insurance company that they will be crediting my portion of March April and in some cases May insurance premiums for personal auto insurance due to lower driving during the Coronavirus pandemic. 
These rebates will be in the form of credits to your billings and will show up automatically, you do not have to do anything to get these credits to your policy.
In cases where are you have a life changing events such as job change or even job loss, you may want to reduce your annual mileage on your policy in order to lower the premium. These Changes can be made, but they are not a no brainer, so you must be careful how the data is entered and transmitted to the insurance company. In some cases if not done correctly, and The insurance company will block the change and another case is they may grant the chains but at your renewal, the policy premium may go up dramatically. 
In addition to personal car insurance rebates, the department of insurance has sent a directive to be commercial insurance carriers to reduce premiums on many lines of insurance including auto. At this time we have not received specific updates from any insurance company as to how much and for how long these premium reductions will be in fourth, but we expect to start receiving communications as early as next week. We anticipate that these will also be automatic with out any requirement on your part, But we will be sure to let you know in case his word changes have to be initiated by the policyholder.
Auditable policies such as workers comp and general liability would be subject to premium adjustments at the end of the policy, so if your sales are payrolls are reduced, you would receive a return premium.
