The Season Is Reserved in Early Fall
Late summer is when the planning begins. Our scheduling opens in August, and an installation reserved in early fall holds the week you want, since we take on a limited number of custom projects each season and the calendar typically fills by November. We set aside installation weeks for homes from Pasadena and San Marino to the coastal communities we serve across Los Angeles County and Orange County. The design is drawn and the pieces are ordered in the weeks that follow, while the rest of your year-end calendar is still taking shape. Your part of the work is a walk-through and your approval, and both happen while the weather is still warm.
The Design Comes From the House You Already Have
Every scheme starts with the architecture and the palette already in the home. We walk the entry, the staircase, the mantel, and the dining room, and we note the ceiling heights, the sightlines, and the finishes that stay in place year round. We measure the staircase run at the walk-through, so the garland we select reaches the newel post and turns the corner in one continuous line. The plan is then drawn room by room and shown to you, so the whole look is settled on paper while the season is months away. Trees, wreaths, and ornament collections are chosen for scale first and color second.
Installation Handled From Start to Finish
Installation is scheduled so the house is complete before the first of your December evenings. Our team handles the ladders, the lights, and the heavy lifting from start to finish. We build and light the trees, secure the garlands, hang the wreaths, and style the mantels and the tables. Clients who want the whole house included choose our Whole Home Holiday Design, which runs from the entry and the staircase to the kitchen shelving and the wreaths. We install to the plan you approved, and the boxes and the wrapping leave the same day we bring them in. By the first evening you host, the whole house feels warm, cohesive, and ready for your guests.
We Handle Every Task in Between
Once it is installed, you are done with it until we come back in January. We do the planning, the ordering, the ladder work, and the packing. Your evenings stay yours, and the house is ready on the nights you have company.
The Takedown Is Part of the Same Service
Takedown is built into the engagement from the start. Once the holidays end, our team returns and brings the design down room by room, the tree and the mantel, the garlands off the rails and the wreaths off the doors. Every piece is wrapped and packed as it comes down. All of it leaves with us, so nothing goes back into your garage or your closets.
Our holiday work sits alongside the staging and interior design we do the rest of the year, and we take it on for Pasadena homes each season. An early-fall reservation secures the installation week you prefer. You enjoy the season in a finished house while we carry everything from the design to the January removal.
