Happy Fall Equinox! In this video I share one of my favorite ways to celebrate the change of seasons. Connecting the the cycles of the season is so important, and supports your mind, body and spirit. Fall is a time to slow down, harvest what you’ve sewn and give thanks for all you’ve got in your life. Slowing down is in preparation for Winter, where we go inward and rest. The cycles of the season have a Yin and Yang. We begin the Yin phase of the year. I know you can probably feel it. It’s like a nice, deep sign that things are slowing down. Welcome it. Enjoy it.
