Automatic Braking Issues
There have been many reports of the tenth generation Accord’s Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS), which has been accused of randomly triggering on its own without being prompted.
While the issue is especially prominent on the 2018 and 2019 models, it is also noted on other models. When the automatic braking system activates, the vehicle will begin beeping one or two seconds before it eventually slams on the brakes.
Faulty Daytime Running Lamps
Several facelifted new-generation Accord vehicles come with Daytime Running Lamps (DRL) headlights that will eventually stop fully lighting up following a period.
