We were excited to work with Chapman Westport, a class-A business park located near the Pittsburgh International Airport, to create all new signage for their industrial park. The industrial park needed a solution to direct traffic throughout their park and they approached Spark Signs with the need for wayfinding post and panel signs and an entrance sign.

We began the project by drafting designs for our clients where we provided measurements, material examples, and mock-up representations of the signage. When Chapman Westport approved our designs we began fabrication. The signage needed to be constructed for durability, so we created all-aluminum signs with high-performance vinyl printed graphics. Our team constructed a modular system of several 6’X8’ post and panel signs highlighting site identification with the ability to remove and replacing each panel when needed. To ease navigation around the buildings and parking lots we placed 5’X4’ post and panel signs at the turns and 4’X3’ post and panel signs to direct to specific suites.
A large part of our project with Chapman Westport was utilizing the 
beautifully built stone wall at the entrance by creating a 38’X2.5’X5” illuminated channel letter sign. It took careful engineering to ensure that it was constructed properly and followed the curved ledge.
Lastly, we recommended a solution to direct traffic at an important intersection within the park. Laser-cut acrylic letters were utilized to place the Chapman Westport name and logo along with the street name on the existing stone wall.
Chapman Westport appreciated us simplifying their traffic patterns in the industrial park. They were pleased that with our communication throughout the entire process and that we kept their brand a key focus.
