Recently, we designed and installed eight vinyl wall murals for Pittsburgh Today, one of the nation’s oldest regional indicators and journalistic reporters. Pittsburgh Today specializes in collecting and organizing data about the Pittsburgh region to compare with living standards in other cities of the United States.

The vivid, eye-catching murals promote the Pittsburgh region to those who don't live in the city, but are traveling in and out, and reinforce to those who live here, what a great city we live in!

The company called on Spark Signs and Graphics expertise to print and install their original designs for the walls of the Pittsburgh International Airport. We wanted to ensure the best product so we met with the designers and performed material testing to calculate dimensions and determine which vinyl products would best adhere to the walls. The four 
overhead murals were produced with 3M Envision vinyl and its corresponding laminate because of the exceptional adhering ability. The terminal gate murals were produced with our standard 3M Controltac because of its long-lasting durability. For installation, we washed the walls with rubbing alcohol, applied the murals to the designated walls, and finished by applying heat to ensure the strongest application. By providing great customer service and collaborating closely with the designers we installed the perfect collection of wall murals for Pittsburgh Today that they could not be happier!
