An eye-catching lobby sign and large wall sign now embellish the renovated location of ELITE Sports & Fitness located in Mars, PA. The lobby sign offers a distinct first impression as clients enter the center. And the large wall sign in the fitness space adds a strong presence to the facility. The robust signage attractively blends the spaces of the center.
ELITE Sports & Fitness, a newly opened business in the Brickyard Road Plaza, focuses on each individual’s fitness needs and tailors a training program for each client to achieve real results. ELITE has trained Olympic and professional athletes and knows that a one-size-fits all program does not work for an effective training program.
The work began with a tour of ELITE’s renovated location and a meeting with the owner to define goals and the budget available to enhance the center’s signage. The signs were designed to match ELITE’s black logo with a splash of yellow in the “I.” Careful measurement of the wall spaces took place followed by fabrication of the signs. On the day of installation, the signs were meticulously placed on the center’s walls to ensure maximum visibility and safety.
The lobby sign measures 30″ high x 64″ wide x ¼” thick and is made of black polished acrylic with high quality vinyl lettering. The die cut white and yellow logo was applied to the surface of the acrylic and was installed using four brushed aluminum standoffs that sit 1” off the wall. The fitness area wall sign measures 48.5” total in height and 111” (9.25’) wide. The Gatorfoam letters spelling “ELITE” are 1” thick and are 3’ tall. We included acrylic faces to provide a gloss finish. As a final point, VHB doubled-faced tape & silicone were used to secure the letters to the wall.
Spark Signs produced lobby and wall signs that enhanced the facility, incorporated new paint combinations and stayed within the desired budget for the project. The ELITE brand is now prominently featured throughout the facility for full visibility during each client’s visit.
