We recently had the pleasure of working with leading fashion brand, Aerie with their #AerieREAL Summer Tour. Upon noticing that that they needed emergency adjustments to their mobile vehicle wrap, they gave us a call to see how we could help. In addition to bras and undergarments, Aerie also sells active apparel, loungewear, sleepwear and accessories. It is an American Eagle company and has made a name for itself among young women across the country by promoting natural beauty with its “unretouched” photography used in its marketing campaigns. Prior to Memorial Day weekend, Aerie’s mobile trailer was to be stocked with new swim apparel before traveling to various beach destinations where hundreds of consumers would be anticipating their arrival. Due to some damage to the vinyl wrap on back ramp – the entryway into the trailer – it was critical to make the repairs to get the vehicle back on the road to its next destination. Since the 40-foot trailer served as a showroom for Aerie products and the back ramp of the vehicle was used as their main entry door, we used a vinyl called StreetRap by Mactac, which included an overlaminate, perfect as a floor graphic for high foot traffic- especially considering the likelihood of it coming into contact with sand and water. To make it convenient for our clients, we traveled to the location of the trailer. We also started early enough in the morning so that the sun and heat would not impact our wrapping process. Finally, we carefully placed two pieces of 4’ x 10’ vinyl, matching each piece carefully so the visuals and wording were aligned. The company managing the mobile trailer was appreciative of our thoroughness, efficiency, attention to detail, and were pleased to be able to leave on time for their next important destination.
