We were contacted to help expand the visibility of The Crossings @ South Fayette retail site by highlighting Starbucks and Chipotle on a custom monument sign.  We designed, built and installed the monument sign for the shopping center in Bridgeville/Fayette Township. The site, located on Washington Pike near the Route 50/Interstate 79 interchange, also includes other well-established retailers and restaurants including Aldi, Jimmy John’s, Brentwood Bank and more.  The outdoor sign enhances the exposure of the shopping center and its retailers to thousands of cars that travel on Washington Pike daily.  In addition, Spark Signs & Graphics recommended and installed pole banners within the plaza specific to Brentwood Bank and Jimmy John’s. The images below display the handsome, two-sided custom monument sign featuring the Starbucks and Chipotle logos.  And the crisp, fresh pole banners added essential branding for the shopping center to let customers know about the full complement of retailers in the plaza. We had the pleasure of working with Dale Greco of RBG Development on the signage project.  Mr. Greco was very satisfied with the signs and commented, “Spark Signs & Graphics was great to work with.  They managed the monument sign project, which included working with Starbucks and Chipotle on artwork; and designed, created and installed the cabinet.  We were very pleased with the outcome.  Spark Signs also was the moving force behind our pole banners, which added a burst of color and significant branding for our clients in that area of the development.” The project commenced with an on-site meeting with the developer to understand the precise needs, from the placement of the two-sided monument sign to architecture and color that matched other signs in the development.  We recommended a mason – this service can be included in our package or we can suggest masons depending on the client’s desire to structure the project.  We worked closely with Starbucks and a vendor representing Chipotle to ensure that proper brand standards, including color, were precisely followed when developing the graphics for the sign.  A double-sided 3 ft. high by 6ft. wide by 20” deep aluminum-extruded cabinet was manufactured with the Starbucks and Chipotle graphics placed on white aluminum composite panels.  We also handled the installation of the cabinet; which was successfully installed to the satisfaction of our client. Our monument signs are designed, built and installed with precision and efficiency.  Our expert sign staff completely managed all aspects of this project and exceeded our client’s expectations.  We worked with multiple parties including the brick mason, Starbucks, Chipotle, our cabinet fabricator and the developer to raise this monument to life.
