Office makeovers can be difficult projects with a lot of moving parts. Sometimes you’ve just got to bite the bullet and go for it. And that’s exactly what Teresa Owens, Vice President of Godwin Insurance, did. The project took over three months from start to finish and included painted walls, new carpeting throughout, new furniture, new work areas and a whole lot of “temporary inconvenience” for the staff. But, all’s well that ends well. And end well it did!
