Also known as “stir fried ice cream”, Rolled ice cream is an ice cream preparation process that’s been perfected for centuries and passed down from generation to generation in Thailand. It’s only recently caught on in the US. The process is fun to watch and takes only a few minutes. Yes, it’s more than it takes to put a couple of scoops into a cup or cone, but it’s mouth-watering fun to watch. And so worth the wait!
Ice Scraperz’ staff will pour a cup of a flavored milk-based liquid on top of a cold metal circle.
The base freezes and the staff begins to
manipulate it with specialized paddles. Once the ice cream spreads evenly over the cold surface, Ice Scraperz’ staff will begin scraping it into delicious ice scream rolls - to serve with your favorite toppings.
Ice Scraperz ice cream is 100% made-to-order right in front of your eyes!

Amazing Ice Cream! Cool Sign!
Carolina Custom Signs & Graphics provided the unique LED channel letter sign the arches over the ice cream parlor. The raceway was custom curved to match the arch of the logo to blend in seamlessly with this high-end business park.

And the sign was produced on a tight deadline. Owners Earl and Wendy wanted to be open on Memorial Day which created a challenge for Carolina Custom Signs & Graphics. “Custom channel letter signs of this type typically require a four-six week lead times but we were able to get everything done in three weeks. We were fully committed to doing everything necessary to support their business needs and to keep them on budget for their start-up.”. Says sign company owner Des Laffan.
Ice Scraperz owner Earl Merideth added “Des and the team from Carolina Custom were very easy to work with and delivered a great sign. They handled every aspect of the permitting requirements, met with our landlord to satisfy their needs, made all necessary design changes on the fly and delivered an incredible sign. And it was installed prior to our opening!”.
