A BRIGHT NEW SIGN LEADS TINY TOES TO BELLA BALLERINA! Megan Berryhill loves to motivate, educate and dance.  Since the age of two, she has pursued her passion for dance with a vengeance. Having earned multiple degrees from Denison University and having delivered countless performances from her living room in central PA to the masses in Times Square, Megan has most certainly earned her stripes and stands (on tiptoed feet) ready to groom the next generation of ballerinas.  And we’re so lucky she chose Greensboro to locate her first dance studio! When Megan researched area sign companies for her illuminated building sign project she ultimately chose Carolina Custom Signs & Graphics.  The biggest challenge initially was to identify a sign that could maintain the thin and artistic Bella Ballerina logo font.  While channel letter signs are the norm for the shopping center they were not an option for her sign due to the thin font.  In the end, the decision was made to design and built it as a raceway cloud sign.  A cloud sign is a custom fabricated cabinet formed in the shape of the outermost areas of the graphic. Printed vinyl is then inlayed to graphically display the thin font and other logo features.  Cloud signs are close cousins to channel a letter signs due to the method of fabrication and overall appearance. The second challenge was to deliver the sign as quickly as possible to provide ample time to create early awareness and excitement for the grand opening.  From design to installation – and including the city permitting process - the sign project was complete in less than four weeks, well in advance of the opening on Jan 16th!
