If you are using a standing desk, change your posture every twenty to thirty minutes and take two-minute activity breaks to keep your muscles active.
- Monitor Placement: The monitor should be placed at your centre-front, while the keyboard should be at arm’s length. Adjust the monitor according to your eye level.
- Mouse and Keyboard: The mouse and keyboard should be placed two to three inches in front of the desk and within arm’s length. Your hand should be straight, whereas the angle between your upper arm and forearm should be 90 degrees.
