We recently finished a re-branding project at an apartment community which consisted of mostly wayfinding signs and a few informational signs regarding hours of operation and out of office slider signs to let the customer know the office staff is on site but out showing new tenants the facility. As with many apartment communities they can be fairly large and navigation can be confusing. For this facility we created an new site map with their brand and inset it into a piece of furniture to blend in with the decor.

The table top sit map shows the various building, roadways and amenities along with their branding . The map was made from a clear acrylic panel with second surface digitally printed color graphic contour cut to a shape that fits into a recess cut into a table top in the leasing office. The end result is a wayfinding and branding tool that is subtle and fits in with the leasing office decor and furniture.
