Chamberlain Chiropractic has a tremendous reputation for being a health partner for their patients providing a progressive approach to total health. So we were honored to when they called Paramount Signs to help them create a sign for their building that would get 
their space noticed.
Jeff Chamberlain had a good idea on what he was looking for and we worked with him to fine tune that image for the front of their office. We started with a decision to go with a carved sign. There are several materials that can be used for this style sign but we decided to go with an HDU(High Density Urethane) material for its durability, ease of machining and great adhesion for an automotive paint finish.
One of the services we provide is permitting for the client. We submitted all drawings and permit documents to the municipality for review. We typically will wait for municipal approval prior to start of production just in case the municipality requests changes.
Once we finalized the design and acquired permit approval, the sign panel went right into production. A 1-1/2″ thick HDU panel was carved to spec. The panel was then sanded and primed, sanded to provide a smooth surface and create a good bond for the finish coats. The panel was then finished in a three color automotive urethane finish that will provide a color fast and durable finish that will look great for years to come.
This particular panel was design with pin mounts in the back of the panel. This provides for an installation that hides the fasteners so as not to detract from the sign. The end result was fantastic. As sign that stands out and presents Chamberlain Chiropractic as a quality organization as customers arrive at their office.
