Recently, our team was contacted by Paradise Management to design and install a custom monument sign for The Glen at Layfayette Hills apartment community. This project was certain to be one involving precision and efficiency, so we got right to work!
The sign that was completed reflected the quaint aesthetic associated with the apartment community. Bricks formed the framing for the sign, and the product itself gave the information required in a pleasing and direct manner. You can see the results for yourself in the image above!
Our client was looking for a sign that would assist with identifying the site for potential tenants. It was mounted at the entrance of the community in a clearly visible location. We used 2” carved HDU with an automotive finish. This was a large panel for HDU, so we fabricated a lightweight aluminum frame. This frame offers weather resistance, added strength for the large panel, and solid mounting points. The final product was a complete success, and offered an attractive solution to their marketing needs. All parties were pleased with the results!
