In the sign industry there are three things most consumers consider when purchasing their sign:
- Cost - the lower the better
- How long will it take - We usually need things right away!
- How will it look
At Mark Your Space we make it a point to educate our customer on their options. We like to ask our customers important questions to help create the best solution for them. Once we have agreed upon a design we can also discuss what type of warranty comes with your sign, quality of materials plays a big part in this.
An example could be an outdoor banner. If you would like a short term banner we can produce that at a lower price then a banner that you would like out doors three to six months a year and reusable. It will cost more, but when you go to use it again it should perform like it did the first time (no fading or peeling). The inexpensive banner may only have a six month warranty but the long term banner will get a three year warranty.
When it comes to warranty we stand behind our products but can not offer a standard warranty on all products. We allow our customers to choose their price points.
