Hello this is Ron Bockstahler. I’m the CEO of Amata office suites and the host of the 1958 Lawyer podcast. I’m here, and this is our second weekly update on the progress of the remodel of the 17th floor of 161 North Clark. We just started demolition, which will be wrapping up soon.
The lighting is starting to come together with all the electric wiring being updated and the lights being replaced. In the next couple of days, we should be starting to see new walls go up with new flooring. We plan to have the location opened by August 1st.
