As part of Shipman’s expansion into West Warwick, Rhode Island they purchase a box truck with the plans to outfit it as a SCOTT Mobile Service Unit.   As part of the build out they contacted us produce the vehicle graphics similar to the last SCOTT truck we did.   The box, although similar, was manufactured by a different company.   And so, a site survey was performed to determine what, if any, adjustments needed to the size of the graphics. It turned out only minor adjustments were needed the existing artwork we had on file. The accompanying photos show the before and after look of the truck. With the addition of this truck to Shipman’s SCOTT mobile repair service they can be confident their brand will continue to get notices as they drive the state of Rhode Island. Shipman’s Fire Equipment, established in 1957, has their headquarters in located in Waterford, CT. This location perfectly positions them for providing prompt and convenient service for customers using SCOTT Safety Equipment in Connecticut.   Their new West Warwick, RI location will position them to better serve customers in the state of Rhode Island. With approved artwork and layout we moved forward with the production of the cut vinyl.   To provide greater durability we used a 3M high performance cut vinyl.   Our Graphtec vinyl cutting plotter was used to full size graphics.   After weeding and applying application tape the graphics were positioned on the truck. In addition to the sides, lettering was also applied to the rear doors of the truck, as shown in the photo.
