Compton College invited us to return to its campus. In the past, we did dimensional aluminum building lettering, passenger van wraps for the Athletics Department, and mesh fence banners for the stadium. For this project, the client requested acrylic dimensional letters for its Los Angeles campus library.
3D Letters Update the Recently Renamed Library
The last time we worked at the facility, we designed, produced, and installed three-dimensional acrylic letters to display the “Holifield Library” name. When the school renamed the venue to the Emily B. Hart-Holifield Library, the client asked us to update the existing signs. These consist of half-inch-thick acrylic that we mounted to aluminum composite panels.
We then mounted the panels to the glass above the entry doors. With the new longer title, we could reuse the “Library” lettering on each side, which saved the client money, and only fabricate the new lettering for the top rows. The updated signage looks excellent and perfectly fits above the entryway.
Campuses and Facilities Across the Southland Update Bookstores and Library Venues With Attractive Signage Products
Our team created dimensional acrylic letters for Compton College. However, this is only one option. Other facilities had different needs.
- Norco College. The school needed campus lockers for its library. They asked us to design college locker wraps that would look nice and match the venue’s color palette. Additionally, the bright red tones we selected draw attention to these lockers, encouraging students to use them.
- Aliso Viejo Library. This facility was looking for a way to engage the minds of younger children. When they created a play space for these youngsters, they asked us to assemble window graphics and wall murals that would get their attention right away.
- La Quinta High School. For this client, see-through window graphics were the ideal option for the LQHS Book Store. These graphics allow sunlight to enter the facility and let those on the inside look out, adding to its safety.
Working with Bookstores, Libraries, and Other Municipal or Campus Facilities
Do you need acrylic dimensional letters for a library, book store, or other Los Angeles or Orange County facility? Maybe you are considering doing something different with the windows that neither build your brand nor contribute to the facility’s aesthetics. We can help.
Our graphic artist will collaborate with you on designing the products and show you different options that could be ideally suited for your venue. If you already have specs that you want to use for the signage, we will work with them and size the style elements to suit your location. Check out what this could look like.
