You already know that our shop does a lot of work for TN Investments. Examples include commercial property “For Lease” window graphics, banners, and vacancy advertisements in Garden Grove, as well as property management signs at a Westminster shopping center. Our latest project involved apartment complex signs in Orange County, CA.
Outfitting a Property with Signs and Graphics for Apartment Complexes
The Huntington Clay Apartments are a property that TN Investments manages. A recent venue survey revealed a lack of branded custom signs for apartment communities. Since we specialize in these products, we were happy to assist the client with all signage needs.
So, while the company removed old signs and painted the buildings, our shop got to work on the new products.
Laundry room signage. The client maintains a laundry room for the tenants of the apartment community. They asked that we spell out the rules of use and the laundry hours. The sign features black print against a white backdrop with a green border. It looks attractive and is easy to read.
Monument sign. In place of a traditional monument sign, we designed a post and panel structure with the Huntington Clay name in its branded font. Besides that, passersby see TN Investments’ website address and phone number. Prospective tenants now quickly identify whom to call and inquire about vacancies. For this sign, the color presentation is white on black, with a stripe where the color used reverses.
Apartment community “no parking” signs. Preventing problems before they begin is an excellent way of managing a property. In this case, the signage alerts visitors and tenants that driveway parking is not permitted. We followed the same color combination as the laundry room sign.
Warning notice. A standard warning alerts anyone on the property that some building materials contain asbestos. It is a formal notice that we once again printed in black on white with the green frame.
When doing signage for apartment complexes, maintaining a continuity of the design throughout the property is critical. We achieved this goal, added the branding component, and fit the products perfectly with the existing color palette.
