TN Investments recently took over the management of a Westminster shopping center. There were several vacancies in the center that the company wants to fill. Therefore, our sign shop worked with the client to select specs for functional signage designs.

• Post and panel signs. We first fabricated two post and panel signs that feature an anti-graffiti laminate. They feature the blue and white color palette the client had chosen. In addition, they offer contact details. To catch the attention of passersby, we used subliminal graphics in the background. Protecting the panels with anti-graffiti laminate is an excellent way of protecting the client’s investment in the signage.
• “For Lease” window graphics. For the vacant suites, our technicians produced “For Lease” graphics that directly target passersby near the empty space. We used vibrant colors that would catch the eye of anyone approaching the shopping center. Besides that, we added square footage information and contact details that put prospective tenants in contact with the leasing agent.
• Vinyl lettering. Because the client had several vacant spots on the three monument signs associated with the center, we recommended using white vinyl lettering for these openings. They match the good looks of the panels used by the tenants. However, they identify that spaces are open for businesses to come in.
