The process started when our technicians cut out one-inch-thick Gatorfoam into the style elements’ shapes and painted them black. Next, we manufactured the company’s tagline that the client wanted to see displayed underneath the more prominent lobby sign. The term “foam” is misleading. It brings up images of an easily breakable material. Gatorfoam is the exact opposite. It consists of a polystyrene core sandwiched between rigid papers.
