Removing a Wrap, Preparing the Vehicle, and Adding New Vehicle Graphics
The vehicle that the company purchased was used. The previous owner outfitted the box truck with a wrap product. After consulting with the client, we started with the wrap removal. We did so carefully to ensure that the existing paint job would not be marred.
In fact, the wrap protected the great looks of the paint. Next, our technicians put together large die-cut vinyl decals for the sides and rear of the box portion. Our shop used 3M cast vinyl to conform to the contours of the truck as well as its rivets. Now, the box truck brands with the company’s name and logo complete with gradient color change. Look closely; the graphics look so good over the rivets that they seem to be painted on.
Getting That Painted-On Look
It is no accident that WTC’s truck graphics look fantastic. For starters, our team used superior vinyl. This is not the time to make do with what you have. Rather, it calls for specialty vinyl that is made for trucks with rivets and similar contour challenges. Next, we used late-model printing equipment. Doing so resulted in the creation of decals that feature bright, bold, and vibrant colors.

We worked side by side with manufacturer representatives to learn how to select the right material, prepare a work surface, and install the finished product.
