This year we will continue to grow to offer more options at a greater value.
Over the past year Insignia Signs and Wraps has been focused on expanding our product and service offering. Nearly seven months ago we were excited to launch our new website which made it easier for our customers to reach us. As we enter 2020 we will continue to refine the look and the navigation for an even better experience.
The growth and customer experience has also been progressing behind the scenes. We have implemented a new customer portal and
began introducing it in January of 2020. With each order, customers will be able to access their estimates, invoices, check and approve artwork and make payments. This provides added visibility, control and security.
For our customers we have kicked off 2020 with a great incentive to add or upgrade with discounts for new LED Signs. These are great for Hospitals, Universities, Parking Structures, Transportation Facilities and much more. We’ve been including these on our Google My Business page and will be adding more great offers through the year.
We’re very happy to announce that our expansion has not stopped. In the next couple of months we will be making an announcement of our final effort to consolidate and move into a new facility. This compliments in a big way our effort to expand. With this move we will improve in a significantly our ability to perform truck wraps on larger vehicles including Bus and RV under one roof.
In short, our growth is designed to drive more value and provide more offerings to our customers.
