How do you know the colors we specify are the colors we'll get?
Getting color correct is one of the toughest things to do in the sign business. Often, what looks a certain way on the screen will look completely different when printed. At Front Range Vital Signs, we employ some of the best equipment to ensure that all of our equipment is calibrated correctly. Every single different material we print on goes through a full color calibration. We do not utilize the "standard" profiles that come from the manufacturer because they were not created on our equipment. No two pieces of equipment are exactly alike, so it is important to take the time to calibrate each material with the printer it will be printed on. In addition, we calibrate our monitors on a monthly basis. This takes a lot of time, but we feel that this is the price we must pay to ensure our customers are happy with their signs.
For customers that produce a lot of material for us to print, we will come to your work site and calibrate your monitor to ensure what you provide us, will look as close as possible to what you see on your monitor. This is just another service that Front Range Vital Signs provides that puts us a step above our competition.
